Blizzard of 2006

All total, we ended up with about 30 inches of snow at our house. We were supposed to leave for Omaha on Friday, but by early Wednesday it became obvious that that wasn't going to happen. Thankfully, Brian was alreay at home with Holden since the high school was already on holiday break. Megan's office closed at 10 Wednesday morning and sent everyone home. It took two hours to get home, but that is better than some of our friends fared. We spent the day inside, making chili, watching t.v. and snuggling up. Attached are some during and after pictures.

Merry Christmas! We're not in Omaha, but at least we are all well and safe (and warm).
